Namma Mysore Has Been Awarded 3rd Cleanest City In India 2019
This week President Ramnath Kovind Ji had announced Swachhatha Sarveksana Results and declared the cleanest city in India. In the announcement Indore, the city of Indian State of Madya Pradesh has the award of cleanest city in India. Actually, Indore got this award for three consecutive years which has got 4,659.09 points out of 5000 points.
Ambikapur, which is located at the Indian state of Chhattisgarh has swept the 2nd place with 4394 points of 5000 and makes a record of a fastest cleaned city of Chhattisgarh and it is the cleanest city in the Indian state of Chhattisgarh.

Mysore has been awarded 3rd cleanest city in India, A special thanks to Mysore City Corporation to help the Citizens to keep the city clean and creating awareness among the citizens of Mysore City about cleanliness and avoid use Plastic.
If you check the history of Mysore about cleanliness It has got Cleanest city award for 2 Consecutive years 2014-2016 later it claimed down to 5th position in 2016-17, then there were problems of construction road of residential areas which makes Mysore city to pull down to 8th position in 2017-18 and finally now Mysore City get back on Track to claim to the 1st Position again and in this process it has been award the 3rd Cleanest city India.
I’m sure that the citizens of Mysore city and Corporation of Mysore both will work for keeping my city clean and get back 1st position and also promise to clean my surrounding clean to contribute in Swachh Bharat Mission.
